Where do shirts ship from?
Depending on your order, we will ship to you from our closest branch. We have facilities in Canada and the United States.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your confirmation email.
I did not receive confirmation of my order or a receipt. Why?
Some people have stated they have not received the confirmations with their tracking info. In these cases you often have heightened junked mail filters, blocking generated emails from servers, or your confirmations are getting funneled to your junk mail. Corporate email addresses often block our confirmations as well. Specialized emails from ISPs (verizon, comcast, rogers, bell, etc) are hit or miss when it comes to filtering our confirmations. Public emails (gmail, outlook, yahoo) all allow our confirmations to come through. You may want to use one of these as your contact info to ensure your receive your confirmation and tracking links.
Do your shirts come from safe facilities for workers?
Yes! We use M&O and Gildan brand shirts which are produced in North America.
How do I change the color of my order?
It's simple, at checkout you'll have a box where you can directly notify us of any required changes or special instructions for your package. Just make a note of what color you prefer and we'll customize your order. Please note that 5XL and 6XL sizes are very limited in colors other than Black and White.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept paypal, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you do not need to register an account if you don't have one. You can pay one time by credit card.
What is the average wait time?
Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so we require time to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't guarantee it. Most shirts will be processed and sent for shipping two to three business days after you place your order. Rush Shipments are put to the front of the print queue and get shipped in priority, often the same or next day.
Shipping times vary depending on country, carriers, weekends and holiday schedules. We ship Canada Post in Canada and USPS in the US and internationally. Mainland U.S.A. residents should expect their shirt at their door 3-5 BUSINESS days on RUSH/EXPRESS Orders and 5-8 BUSINESS days on REGULAR orders. Orders placed late in the week may be subject to weekend postal delivery.
If you require your item by a particular day we highly recommend you place an RUSH order or drop us an email before you finalize your order to see if we can hit your timelines. As mentioned we use Canada Post and USPS and are limited to their delivery schedule.
Do you offer overnight delivery?
Unfortunately we do NOT offer overnight delivery at this time
What is your return policy?
Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts that are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the tshirt (excluding shipping costs). We can only offer a 100% refund for defective orders because we are a custom order shop and do not stock printed inventory.
We can take back shirts that do not fit or you simply want to return with a $7 restocking fee on most items. Hoodies have a $10 restock fee. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return your order. Please check and double check your sizing using our sizing chart prior to finalizing your order to avoid incurring unnecessary fees.
